Small Cheesecakes

This recipe is fast and easy to make.It is perfect for any occasion.

2(8oz)pkg.cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp.vanilla
1 tbsp.lemon juice
1 box of small vanilla wafers(round)
1 can of cherry pie filling
24 muffin cup liners

Place a wafer in the bottom of liners.Beat rest of ingredients and pour into cups about 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 for approx.15-20 min.Let them cool down and top with cherry pie filling.Refrigerate until ready to serve.Very tasty recipe.Enjoy!
