CRABMEAT FONDUE 8 oz. cream cheese 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. chicken broth 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tbsp. minced onion 6 oz. crabmeat 1/4 c. dry white wine French or Italian bread
Saute onions in butter. Add flour and make a white sauce. Add chicken broth, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, crabmeat, and wine. Cook over low heat until all ingredients have melted. Serve in fondue pot with small pieces of bread. |
