3/4 cup evaporated skim milk 3/4 cup skim milk 3/4 cup Kraft fat-free cream cheese 1/2 cup Weight Watchers fat-free Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp Molly McButter 1 lb. cooked shrimp 4 cup cooked and drained fettuccini salt and black pepper to taste
In food processor, combine evaporated milk, skim milk, cream cheese, Parmesan and Molly McButter. Transfer to saucepan and stir over medium heat until smooth and warm. Add shrimp, salt and pepper; stir and simmer 1-2 minutes. Serve over fettuccini.
