Angel Macaroons (using angel food cake mix)

Makes 30

16 ounces one-step angel food cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
2 cups flaked coconut

In mixing bowl, beat cake mix, water and extract on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in the coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Remove paper with cookies to a wire rack to cool.
