CHEDDAR MEAT LOAF

3 lb ground mixed meats (I use a combination lean beef and turkey)
2 tbsp chili powder
3 eggs
3 cl garlic -- mashed
3 tbsp cilantro or Italian parsley
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
optional:
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce

Pre-heat oven to 375°F-190°C.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place meat mixture into oiled loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
