Originally had this at a Christmas party, haven't made it in a while. Perhaps I will include it on my Cookie Exchange appetizer table.

SMOKEY CHEESE BALL

2-3 jars or Merkt's Smokey Cheese (comes in a little plastic container, or use Kaukauana brand)
16 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. crumbled Blue Cheese
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
chopped pecans

Bring all cheeses to room temperature. Place in a double boiler and melt, mixing thoroughly. Remove from heat and hill mixture serveral hours until you are able to form by hand into balls. Roll in chopped pecans. Yields 2-3 balls.
