Ribbon Fantasy Fudge
3 cups granulated sugar, divided 3/4 cup margarine, divided 2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 7 oz. marshmellow cream, divided 1 teaspoon vanilla, divided 1/2 cup peanut butter
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 Tablespoons margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling 3-4 minutes, stirring over med-high heat. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in 1 cup marshmellow cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients, substituting the peanut butter for chocolate chips. Pour over chocolate layer. Cover and chill until firm. |
