WALNUT-GRAHAM TEA LOAVES
Yield: 2 loaves

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups chopped walnuts
7 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 2 9x5-inch loaf pans with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flours, sugars, walnuts, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Pour into prepared loaf pans.

Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until tester inserted in the center of the loaves comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on a wire rack. Wrap in aluminum foil and store for 24 hours before serving.
