Dijon Chicken Wings
10 chicken wings -- tips discarded 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken on it. In a small bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, red pepper, and salt; mix well. Brush half of the mustard mixture over the wings. Bake 15 minutes. Turn wings and brush with the remaining mustard mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve immediately. |
