Sparkling Melon with Strawberries

1/2 whole cantaloupe -- peeled and cut in 1
inch (2.5 cm) chunks
1/2 honeydew melon -- peeled and cut in 1
inch (2.5 cm) chunks
12 large whole strawberries -- stemmed, cut in half
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 cups fruity medium-dry sparkling wine

1. Place the fruit in a glass bowl, sprinkle with the lime zest, and pour the sparkling wine over the top. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve in chilled wine glasses.
