Marinated Sliced Flank Steak

1 flank steak
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil (any type except motor)
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon pepper

Marinate the steak for about 6 hours then grill it over hot coals or high heat for about 4 minutes per side. You want the steak to be rare or it will be tough. Let it cool and refrigerate it. Slice it very thinly on the diagonal, shave it if you can.

Serve this steak with rolls and a good mustard or some mayonnaise mixed with sour cream and horseradish.
