Sparkling White Sangria Source: Karo Syrup Recipe Booklet Makes about 6 (8 oz) servings
1 cup light corn syrup 1 orange, sliced 1 lemon, sliced 1 lime, sliced 1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 bottle (12 oz) club soda or seltzer, chilled Additional fresh fruit (optional) Ice cubes
In large pitcher combine corn syrup, orange, lemon, and lime slices and liqueur. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in wine and lemon juice. Refrigerate. Just before serving, add soda and ice cubes. If desired, garnish with additional fruit.
