Mint Frosty
rec.food.recipes/Cyndal (1994)
Serves 2

My own creation - Cyndal

3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 shot (=1 oz) peppermint schnapps
1 shot (=1 oz) creme de menthe
1/4 cup milk (low fat, 1%, 2%, or homogenized-no flavored milk)

Put all these into a blender and run through until the mixture is just starting to appear to go through the blender very easily. You don't want this runny, you want it thick like a shake, but well-mixed together.

If it gets too thin, add some more ice cream. If it gets too thick, add 2 Tbsp. more milk, and try again.

Pour into 2 wide glasses, insert straw, and enjoy!
