Baked Bows with Spinach Adapted by: Lita Lotzkar
1 (8 oz.) package bow ties 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 24 oz. 1 % cottage cheese 1 cup grated cheese - Parmesan 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms dash of Tabasco sauce
Cook and drain bows. Combine bows, spinach, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup grated cheese, eggs, salt, garlic powder and pepper. In a 9x13-inch baking pan, pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Spread pasta mixture evenly into baking pan. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake at 375F until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
