Lo Cal Rice Pudding

l egg
l box cook instant vanilla pudding
4 C. milk (1/2 percent)
1 C instant rice
1 C raisins
1 Tps cinnamon

Stir egg and pudding whipping a bit, add milk, rice and raisins and cinnamon cook to boiling point and then let set for 5 min. Put in bowl and serve ,makes about 6 servings. Very good
