Sausage and Rice Casserole

1 lb sausage
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup onion
1 cup instant rice
2 cans of chicken soup (no water)

In skillet cook sausage until red is gone and thoroughly cooked, mashing into small pieces as it cooks. Drain thoroughly. Mix all ingredients together with sausage and pour into a greased casserole dish and cover tightly. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. ENJOY!
