French Vanilla Ice Cream

2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup half & half
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 1/2 Tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder

Beat eggs in mixing bowl until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and continue beating until sugar and vanilla pudding dissolve. Chill thoroughly then pour into ice cream maker.
