Hamburger Casserole

1 to 1 1/2 lbs Ground meat
Taco Seasoning mix (3 Tbsp or 1.25 oz)
1 can of vegetables (I use green beans)
1 can tomato soup
2 cups mashed potatoes (can be made from instant mix)
Cheese (optional)

Brown ground meat. Place in casserole dish(1qt) Drain vegetables put in meat mixture. Add Taco mix. Add can of soup. DON'T DILUTE SOUP!! Mix together. Add mashed potatoes. Layer with Cheese if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
