1 Head lettuce; coarsely chopped 1 Cup peas, defrosted & drained 1 Bag mixed vegetables, defrosted & drained 1/2 Pound chicken, skinless light meat; cooked, strips 1 Cup mayonnaise, imitation, no cholesterol
In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following ingredients: lettuce; frozen peas; frozen vegetables; sliced chicken strips; mayonnaise. Cover, chill for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve. |
