Smashing Mashed Potatoes
Source: Cooking with Heart and Soul
Servings: 4

2 pounds boiling potatoes -- peeled
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
Miracle Whip (2-3 tablespoons)
Sea salt to taste

Cook potatoes until fork-tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and mash until you remove all lumps with a potato masher. Stir in butter, milk and Miracle Whip until thoroughly blended.

Season with salt.
