Cherry Tomatoes Provencale
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs 2 tsp. chopped parsley 1 garlic clove, sliced salt & pepper 2 tsp. vegetable oil 8 cherry tomatoes, halved 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Lightly coat each tomato half with oil, then cover with breadcrumb mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 5 minutes.
