Easter Candy
rec.food.cooking/Mijako/1996

I've made both of these recipes and they are *delicious*!

Coconut Easter Eggs

1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup coconut
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp milk

Mix all ingredients together, roll into egg shapes. Dip each egg into melted chocolate (unsweetened or semi-sweet dark chocolate). Allow to dry on waxed paper.

Peanut Butter Eggs

1 cup powdered sugar
6 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp milk

Mix all ingredients together and roll into egg shapes. Dip each egg into melted milk chocolate. Allow to dry on waxed paper.
