Cottage Cheese Cookies

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/3 cup cream-style cottage cheese

Cream together brown sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Sift and add dry ingredients. Add cottage cheese and blend well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Source unknown
