Coleslaw Dressing
1/2 cup Skim Milk Yogurt 1/2 cup low-cal mayonaisse 1 tsp grated Onion 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper 1 tsp. Celery Seed Artificial Sweetner to taste
Blend all together and pour over shredded cabbage. Makes 5 servings of 3 Tbs. 51 Cal., 6 g. Fat, 1 g. Carb.
Free Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Wine Vinegar 2 Tbs. Water 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Paprika 1 Garlic Clove, crushed Artificial Sweetner to = 2 tsp. sugar
Blend all in blender or jar with tight lid. Blend well. Makes 6 servings of 1 Tbs. Only 1 Cal.
