Yogurt Delight
2 cups graham wafer crumbs 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup sugar 1 box jello...choose your favorite flavor 1 cup boiling water 2 cups whipped cream 1 medium container (2 cups) yogurt in the same flavor as the jello fruit pieces in the same flavor as the jello (optional)
Thoroughly mix graham crumbs, butter and sugar. Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom of an 8x8 inch cake pan. Refrigerate crust at least 15 minutes or cook 8 minutes at 375.
Dissolve jello in boiling water; chill in fridge until it starts to set. Mix yogurt,whipped cream, and fruit, if desired, into jello mixture. Pour over graham crust; let set in fridge. Set for at least an hour. Makes 9-12 servings. |
