Pie Pan Apple Crisp
rec.food.recipes/Cindy Clifton/2001

4 cups sliced cooking apples (4-6 medium)
1/3 cup sifted flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup oats quick or old fashioned uncooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine

Place apples in greased pie plate or a shallow baking dish will do. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine dry ingredients. Add melted butter/margarine. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle with crumb mix on top of apples.

Bake in moderate oven 375 deg. 30 min or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
