Peanut Butter and Banana Pie

15 large white marshmallows
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup extra smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup whip cream
2 medium bananas
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
lemon juice

Oreo Crumb Crust:
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups oreo baking crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

For the crust: Melt butter; stir in crumbs and sugar. Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375*F for 8 minutes; cool.

Pie Filling: In saucepan over medium heat, heat marshmallows and milk until marshmallows are melted. Stir constantly. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Cool mixture to room temperature. Beat whip cream until stiff; fold in peanut butter mixture. Slice 1 banana into bottom of pie shell; sprinkle with 1/4 cup of peanuts. Pour peanut butter mixture over top; chill for about 3 hours or until set.
At serving time, slice remaining banana; dip in lemon juice (to prevent browning/darkening). Garnish pie with banana slices and remaining chopped peanuts. Makes 8 servings.
