Instant Quiche

1 cup bisquick mix
1 3/4 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lb ham or bacon, chopped
3/4-1 cup swiss or cheddar cheese, grated

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Brown meat, mushrooms, and onions together in butter. Mix bisquick, eggs, and milk; beat or blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate; let sit for 5 minutes. Add bacon or ham mixture; top with cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 375*F. Great with a tossed green salad!!
