Icebox Cookies
1 cup margarine/butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts or mixed fruits or raisins
Cream margarine/butter; add sugars,eggs,and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour,baking soda, and salt to first mixture. Add the walnuts or fruit. Form into long rolls. Put in freezer to freeze. Slice thin. Bake at 350*F until light brown.
