Dreamsicle Cake

1 box orange cake mix, Duncan Hines moist deluxe
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons orange jello frosting
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons orange jello
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 oz) carton cool whip

Mix cake according to directions on box. Then add pudding mix and jello. Put in bundt cake pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
Mix ingredients together and spread on thoroughly cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator.
