KEY LIME CAKE BITES1 (2-layer-size) pkg. lemon cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice
5 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1/4 cup lime juice
5 to 6 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan.
Combine (dry) cake mix, oil, orange juice, eggs and (dry) Jello; pour in prepared pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Set cake in pan on a rack. Prick top of cake with fork and pour combined lime juice and confectioner's sugar over cake.
Frost cooled cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box confectioner's sugar
Beat together cream cheese and butter; add vanilla and confectioner's sugar.
Makes 1 (13x9-inch) cake
