Polly Pennington's Rhubarb Cake From: Ann Conley
3 cups raw chopped rhubarb 1 cup sugar 1 (3 oz) pkg. strawberry jello yellow cake mix 1 1/4 cups water 1 cup melted margarine
Stir together all ingredients and bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan at 350 for 35 minutes.
