PORK CHOPS IN SWEET GLAZE
4-6 boneless pork chops 1 jar apricot preserves 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 bottle Russian salad dressing Pepper and garlic powder 1 T. flour
Add flour to the cooking bag and shake. Add pork chops to the bag. Season the porck chops with pepper and garlic powder. Combine apricot preserves, onion soup mix, and Russian salad dressing. Pour this mixture over the pork chops and turn to coat thoroughly. Make 6 1" slits in the top of the cooking bag with a sharp knife. Put the bag in a baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve the glaze on top of the pork chops.
