Tartar Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise (homemade or store bought)
1/4 cup onion, diced small
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup dill pickle, diced small
3 tbsp. Parsley, chopped fine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove peeled & crushed (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve with fish, as dipping sauce for shrimps or fish crockettes or even for dipping sauce for bacalaitos (salt cod fritters) or sorullitos (cornmeal fritters).
