AMARETTO MACAROON CHEESECAKE

1 pkg (7 oz) coconut, lightly toasted
1/2 c finely chopped lightly toasted almonds
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, divided
1/3 c flour
1/4 c butter, melted

4 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c almond flavored liqueur
4 eggs

mix coconut, almonds, 1/2 c condensed milk, flour and butter; press into bottom of greased 9" spring form pan.

mix cream cheese, sugar and remaining condensed milk. blend in liqueur. add eggs, mixing until blended. pour over crust.

bake 325 for 55-60 minutes. refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. serves 12

I made this for one of our desserts for tomorrow. I can't wait to try it because it looks wonderful !!
