TUNA FISH WIGGLE
My MOM used to make this EVERY Friday (can you guess why?) when we were kids,& that was about 55 yrs. ago!! Some things you just NEVER FORGET! It's a cream sauce with can tuna and peas and you put it over toast, THAT'S IT, BUT SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups of milk (it doesn't matter what percent or even skim)
1 can tuna fish in water (drained)
1 can of peas (drained)

In a saucepan over medium-low heat melt butter. Add flour and stir till mixed well; cook about 1 minute (so you won't have flour taste in your sauce).

Add 1 cup of the milk and if it's TOO thick add the rest of milk. Stir until you get a nice cream sauce.

Add drained tuna and drained peas. AND WA-LA, IT'S DONE!!!!!!!

Put over toast. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM IT'S SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!
