Chow Mein Candy Clusters

2 cups butterscotch chips
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup salted peanuts

In a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt the butterscotch morsels until thoroughly dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the chow mien noodles and peanuts.

Drop by teaspoons on wax paper. Cool until firm.

Makes 2 dozen
