Southwest Beef Sandwiches

1 1/2 lb flank steak
1 1/2 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cups Picante sauce (I use Pace and the HOT kind!)
3 tablespoons or more fresh chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons cumin
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
salt to taste
Buns

Cut flank steak into 5 or 6 large pieces, put in a slow cooker.

Combine all ingredients except cilantro and buns, mix well and add to meat.

Cover and cook on high for about 4 hours, remove beef, shred with two forks; return to cooker, mix well add cilantro, heat till hot. Make into sandwiches
