Peanut Butter Chews

Makes about 25 pieces

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
About 1 cup nonfat dry milk

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and corn syrup. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add dry milk a little at a time and stir until mixture is stiff enough to work with your hands.

Roll into a long rope 1/2-inch thick. Cut with scissors or a knife into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
