This is one of my personal favorites. :)
3 scoops of cookies and cream ice cream (low fat or regular) 1/4 cup milk (low fat, 1%, 2% or homogenized-no flavored milk) 2 shots (= 2 oz) Kahlua 1 shot (= 1 oz) white Creme de Cacao (chocolate-tasting liqueur) 1/2 shot (= 1/2 oz) dark rum (Meyer's tastes best) 1 Tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
Put all the ingredients into a blender and run through until the mixture is just starting to appear to go through the blender very easily. You don't want this runny, you want it thick like a shake, but well-mixed together.
If it gets too thin, add some more ice cream. If it gets too thick, add 2 Tbsp. more milk, and try again. Pour into 2 wide glasses, insert a straw, and enjoy!
