Instant Strawberry and Chocolate Crepes
For each serving you need:
1 small flour tortilla 1 to 2 tbsp. (15 to 30 mL.) chopped Belgian chocolate 1/2 cup (125 mL.) sliced berries
Sprinkle the tortilla with the chocolate and place on a paper towel in the microwave. Heat at HIGH for 30 seconds.
Put the strawberries in the center of the tortilla and roll it up.
If you are civilized, you can eat this with a knife and fork. For the maximum feeling of guilty pleasure, pick it up and eat it out of your hands.
