Beer Poached Salmon rec.crafts.brewing/Denny Conn/2004
Chop: 1 medium onion 1 stalk celery
Add to pan with: 1 bay leaf 12 oz. beer (I use malty beers to influence the flavor). Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add: Salmon steaks
Cover, and poach for 10 minutes. Serve with tarragon mayonnaise. Incredible!
