Apple Meatloaf
1 pound ground beef 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 onion, chopped 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 slices of white bread 2 tablespoons apple juice
In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped apple, chopped onion, pepper, and garlic salt. Sprinkle white bread slices with apple juice, shred, and add to the beef mixture. Form in a loaf pan and bake at 375F (190C) 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
