Cherry Smoothie

2 cups frozen tart cherries
1 ripe banana, peeled
1 cup cherry juice*
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Put frozen cherries, banana and cherry juice in container of electric blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.

*Note: To prepare cherry juice from concentrate, stir 2 tablespoons (about 1 ounce) tart cherry concentrate into 1 cup (8 ounces) cold water.

Makes 4 cups; 4 (8-ounce) servings
