Make It Shake
2 fresh California nectarines OR peaches OR 4 fresh California plums 1/4 cup nonfat frozen yogurt 1/2 cup nonfat milk
Chop fruit into small cubes. In a blender or food processor, combine fruit with frozen yogurt and milk. Whirl in blender until smooth and fluffy.
