This is my favorite marinade for grilled chicken. We usually use boneless, skinless breasts & thighs for this.

Lemon-Garlic Grilled Chicken

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing (I use Good Seasons brand)
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

In a large zip-lock baggie combine prepared salad dressing, lemon juice & garlic. Add chicken pieces, seal baggie & refrigerate for 8 hrs. or overnight.

Remove chicken & discard marinade. Lightly salt chicken & grind on pepper to taste.

Grill over medium heat until golden brown & juices run clear.

**this freezes well for once-a-month-cooking sessions. I'll fix 8-10 baggies of chicken this way & freeze in the marinade. Then just thaw & grill. So easy & delicious!
