Velveeta Mexican Dip
2 Lbs. Velveeta
2 Lbs. Hamburger
1 can Ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
Tortilla chips or Frito Lay ScoopsBrown hamburger, drain, in crockpot or Dutch oven add browned hamburger, the enchilada sauce
and ro-tel. Cut Velveeta in cubes and add to mixture. Cook until melted, stirring frequently. Dip with tortilla chips or Frito Lay Scoops. Great for parties!
