Stewed Tomatoes and Chicken over Rice
1 can stewed tomatoes 4 large portions of chicken 1 1/2 cup rice
Place rice in bottom of a 8x15-inch rectangular baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top of the rice. Pour stewed tomatoes over chicken and rice. Cover with Aluminum foil.
Bake at 375 F. for 45 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Keep chicken covered for first 25 minutes. Uncover for remainder of cooking time.
