Brandy Cheese Ball
1 (4 ounces) package blue cheese, crumbled and softened 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons brandy or cognac 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup sesame seed, toasted
Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley, brandy and garlic in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.
Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in sesame seed. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. 1 cheese ball (about 1 1/2 cups).
To toast sesame seed, heat oven to 350F.
Bake in ungreased pan 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
