Barbecued Green Beans

1/2 pound bacon, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cans (1 lb each) green beans, drained
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Cook bacon and onion together until bacon is crisp. Add brown sugar, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire, bring to boil, boil 2 minutes. Place green beans in baking dish, pour bacon ketchup mixture over. Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

You may wish to drain some of the grease from the bacon, but we think it gives the dish more flavor.
